ARE ALL SIZES THE SAME?
Short answer no! This is due to sourcing our garments from different suppliers and sizes may vary. This is why it is important for you to refer to the size chart at the top of the page before making your purchase.
If you require further sizing guides, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be able to provide you with a chart on a particular garment.
CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Yes! You most certainly can! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of when you placed the order.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Yes! To exchange and item please contact us at email@example.com . Please note that you will need to pay for shipping at a standard rate of $6.00.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return your item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on where to send your item.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Once you've reached the checkout stage, click on your cart and enter your unique code there. Only one code per purchase is redeemable.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We aim to provide you with the highest quality and standard. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help to resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please provide a photo of the fault with your email. Contact us at email@example.com
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 15-21 days for arrival. In peak times, i.e.: Christmas please allow 30 days for arrival. If you have not received your tracking number please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PURCHASE DOESN'T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then the property of the shipping provider. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However, if your garments do not reach you within our delivery period, we will make it our priority to track and find your items for you. Please email us at email@example.com

All our garments are cold hand wash, unless otherwise stated. We will not accept returns for items incorrectly cared for.
